The Town of Hancock's Part-Time Building Inspector, Bob Garside, does not service the Town every day for inspections. Therefore, in an effort to consolidate inspections we request you provide no less than 72 hours’ notice of a required inspection to the Building Inspector so he may make arrangements for your inspection.
Please refrain from calling for next day inspections as this cannot be physically or financially supported by the Town.
