Notice of ZBA Decision

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board approved the application by Ted & Melissa Jarest for a variance to Hancock Zoning Ordinance Article 10.4 Septic Setback. The applicants have approval to construct a new septic system that will be located closer than the 125 foot setback requirement from the Wetlands Conservation District. The property is located on Tax Map U02, Lot 29 on 26 Duncan Road in the Residential District.
