Notice of Decision

Notice is hereby given that on April 11th, 2018 the Zoning Board of Adjustment approved a request by Jeremy Hamilton for Heather Bower for a Variance to Article 10 Septic Setback of the Hancock Zoning Ordinance based on testimony, application and plan provided. The applicant will be allowed to replace an existing 300 gallon metal tank with a new sealed concrete septic tan and pump chamber which will be located closer than the required 125 foot setback from the Wetlands Area Conservation District. Property is located on Tax Map U12, Lot 1 in the Rural/Agricultural District
