Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment voted unanimously to deny the Marci Smoger application for an Appeal from an Administrative Decision and to uphold the Selectboard decision made on June 19th, 2017 concerning Hancock Driveway Regulations Article IV. Section T Only One Primary Access. The property is located on Tax Map R08, Lot 24 on 72 South Elmwood Road in the Rural/Agricultural District.
