Notice of Decision

Notice is hereby given that on April 26th, 2017 the Zoning Board approved an application by Chris Roland & Judy Lister for a Variance to Hancock Zoning Article 7.6 Section 7.6.2 Front Setback. The applicants were granted permission to build a garage closer than the 50 foot front setback. The property is located on Tax Map R14, Lot 6 on 115 Weston Road in the Rural/Agricultural District.
