Notice of Approval - Zoning Board of Adjustment

Notice is hereby given that the request by William & Patricia Harris for a Special Exception to Hancock Zoning Ordinance Article 15.6.1 Accessory Apartments has been granted based on testimony, application and plan provided that the applicants met all of the criteria under Article 15.6.1 as well as all of the requirements under 15.5 Special Exceptions - General Conditions. The applicants have permission to construct an accessory apartment on their property located on Tax Map R14, Lot 9 on 21 Weston Road in the Rural/Agricultural District.
