1. Meridian meeting, quick report – Kurt, Mike, David

 

Dave reviewed first design meeting agenda with Meridian and they approved.

 

 

2. Meeting outline – a walk through – David

 

Committee discussed list of discussion topics and how to facilitate discussion. Discussion with moderator, Laurie Bryan, on process for running meeting.

 

 

3. Getting the word out:

-- Contact list – Mike

-- Newspapers – Dennis

-- Flyer around town – Mary

-- Phone call list – Everyone

 

 

4. New business

 

Next Meetings: Wed., April 8 – the meeting moderator will join us.

Wed., April 15 @ 6:00 – Run through of design meeting, in Town Offices
