VPC Minutes

Present: Present: Kurt Grassett, Dennis Rossiter, Tom Pisaturo, John Jordan, Mary Covington, David Drasba, Howard Mansfield, Mike Fallon

 

           

1. Definition and presentation of the problems. Tom will take his definitions and those by Mary, Howard and Mike, and edit them for the next meeting. At the public meeting these will be posted on a big board.

 

2. The public design meeting. David presented a two-page outline for each of the three planned public meetings with the engineers

-- Moderator. Howard will ask Laurie Bryan if she will moderate.

3. Schedule for next two weeks: Next VPC meetings, Monday, April 6, Wed., April 8.

-- Mike will compose a list all organizations and their members, which the VPC will call.

4. New business.

            Peter Ryner’s 2003 Progress Report was reviewed. We will have copies at the Public Meeting. Kurt will follow-up on two phone calls about the utility project on the common.
