Present: Kurt Grassett, Dennis Rossiter, Tom Pisaturo, John Jordan, Mary Covington, David Drasba, Howard Mansfield, Jim Gamble, Mike Fallon

 

 

1. Next Steps

Kurt: DOT is reviewing the proposal. When we get word back, we’ll bring it to the Select Board for their signature. Then engineers will be on board.

 

2. Scheduling the First Design Meeting.

 

Need to have it by April 15.

 

 

3. Running a Good Design Meeting – David

 

Dave: communication is king. Need to start by having clear objectives. Need to break project down into pieces. At initial meeting – talk about components as individually as possible.

 

4. Tasks (Meetings, On-line Communications, Press, etc.)

 

Dennis has volunteered to interface with Dave Anderson & Meghan Pierce.

Jim will get online operations going. Gather emails. Start blog.

 

Dave: need to get with engineers ASAP to develop overall schedule.

Kurt: three VPC representatives should travel to DOT and have that conversation.
