Hancock Advisory Committee Meeting
November 11, 2008

Present: Laurie Bryan, Gail Hoffmann, Ron Mack, Roberta LaPlante, Richard LeFebvre, and Thomas Ward

The meeting convened at 6:30 PM

The Committee received information detailing proposed budgets by department for 2009, amounts spent by department through October 31, 2008 and budgeted vs. actual expenditures for 2007.

The Committee agreed to review the information it received and reconvene on December 9, at

2:00 p.m. to meet with Barbara Caverly, Town Administrator, 3:00 p.m. with Steve Baldwin, Police Chief and 4:00 p.m. with Krut Grassett, DPW to discuss proposed budgets for 2009.

The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
