Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be continued to Wednesday, March13th, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. at the Hancock Town Office (entrance and parking at the rear of the building) to hear an application by Gary & Judy Hertzler for a special exception to Hancock Zoning Ordinance Article 15.6.2 Accessory Dwellings and to hear an application for a variance to Article 15.6.2.5. The applicants are proposing to construct an accessory apartment over a three car garage. The property is located on Tax Map R02, Lot 14, on 18 Link Road in the Rural District.
