ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the ZBA will be meeting on Wednesday November 28^th, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. for a continuance of its October 24^th hearing.  Depending on the results of the Hancock Historic District Commission meeting of November 27^th, the ZBA will either affirm the compromise decision of the HHDC public meeting relative to the Stevens case, or, if no agreement was made at the HHDC meeting, the ZBA will hear the case as a continuance as posted. The Steven's property is located on Tax Map U04, Lot 34 on 3 Main Street in the Residential/Historical District.
