NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 22^nd,  at 7:10 P.M. at the Hancock Town Office (entrance and parking at the rear of the building) to hear an application by Michael Halliday for a Special Exception for a Home Based Business under Hancock Zoning Article 15.6.9.  The applicant is seeking permission to operate an offsite excavation and pipe business. The property is located on Tax Map R09 Lot 93 on 8 Memory Lane in the Rural/Agricultural District.
