NOTICE OF HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 25th , 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the Hancock Town Office (entrance and parking at the rear of the building) to hear an application by Mary Graves for a variance to Hancock Zoning Ordinance Article 10.4 Septic Setback. The applicant is proposing to locate a new septic system that will be located closer than the 125 foot setback requirement for the Wetlands Area Conservation District. The property is located on Tax Map U04, Lot 61 on 5 Forest Road in the Residential District.
