NOTICE OF DECISION

 

Notice is hereby given that the request by Mary Graves for a variance to Hancock Zoning Ordinance Article 10.4 Septic Setback has been granted based on testimony provided that the applicant met all five of the criteria required for a variance.  The applicant has been granted permission to locate a new septic system closer than the 125 foot setback requirement from the Wetlands Area Conservation District. The property is located on Tax Map U04, Lot 61 on 5 Forest Road in the Residential District.
