Minutes of the Water Commission Meeting March 28, 2012
Attending: Jeff Wilder, Kurt Grassett, Sean Kerwin, Joel Chandler
4:05 P.M. – Jeff called the meeting to order.
Chair: This was tabled until the next meeting
Monthly Reports for Juggernaut - The Commissioners reviewed and signed off on the monthly water system reports.
4:15 Sean Kerwin joined
UV System- Kurt brought the board up to date with the progress. There will be a meeting between Kurt, KV Partners and DES on April 4th at 10:30 AM. The commissioners were encouraged to attend if they could.
Hydrant Flushing: Flushing will occur on Wednesday April 25, 2012; this will be during school vacation week. From 8 AM until finished, around 5 PM.
Primiano: Sean had a draft letter to be sent to Dana Primiano in regards to his service disconnection. The letter did state that reconnection at a future date will not be allowed. The commissioners approved and signed the letter.
Rates: At their next meeting the commissioners will be discussing water rates and possible increases.
April Meeting: The April meeting is during school vacation week. The commissioners will not be meeting until the regularly scheduled May meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:30 P.M.
