NOTICE OF DECISION

 

Notice is hereby given that the request by Mark & Carolyn Schaal for a special exception to Hancock Zoning Ordinance Article 15.6.11 Rights of Way for Existing Backlots has been granted based on testimony and plan provided that the applicant met all of the criteria required for a special exception including all of the criteria under 15.5 Special Exceptions – General Conditions. The applicant has been granted permission to establish a Right of Way to access Tax Map R07, Lot 46A. The property is located on Tax Map R07, Lot 46A on Peterborough Road in the Rural District.
