TOWN OF HANCOCK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTNOTICE OF DECISION OF REHEARING
Notice is hereby given that at a rehearing conducted on October 26th, the request by Jonathan & Camille Gibson, DBA Gibson Pewter, for a special exception for a home based business under Hancock Zoning Article 15.6.9 was granted based on testimony provided that the applicants met all of the criteria under Article 15.6.9 as well as all of the conditions under 15.5 General Conditions. The application was granted with two conditions: 1) Parking will be limited to 4 customer vehicles and 2) There will be no employee or apprentice parking on site.
The property is located on Tax Map U04, Lot 66, on 14 Main Street in the Residential/Historic District.
