Minutes Hancock Library Board of Trustees December 28, 2011
Present: Mary Garland, Laurie Bryan, Amy Markus, Peter Ryner
The minutes of the November meeting were approved. The Treasure's report was approved.
A draft year 2012 budget was reviewed and approved.
Director's Report Amy reported that the old snowblower had been sold for $200. Amy also indicated that the Daniels' room furnace will need to be replaced.
Flooring options were discussed, and it was agreed that carpeting for the stairway would be replaced in 2012. New flooring of a type yet to be determined for the Daniels room will be replaced in 2013, and carpeting for the rest of the library will be replaced in 2014.
The Board decided to postpone Amy's performance review until January.
