HANCOCK HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION Minutes: November 22, 2011
Members Present: David Drasba, Chair; Tim Lord Alternates Present: Ruth Wilder, Dennis Rossiter, Secretary For the Selectboard: Roberta LaPlante
7:00 PM: Chair Drasba called the meeting to order.
MINUTES OF 11.08.2011: Upon motion by LaPlante and second by Lord the minutes were accepted.
RULES OF PROCEDURE/WORKING SESSION: Members and alternates present continued the discussion begun at the Historic District Commission meeting of 09.27.2011 to update, edit, and correct the current "Rules of Procedure". During this evening's session, modifications were entered beginning from the point where the work was stopped at the 09.27.11 meeting. Tonight's review continued for approximately 90 minutes to the end of the document with modifications being made to the document. Drasba then stated that he would take all of the input and notes from this meeting, and the prior review meeting, and create a revised draft. The revised draft will be reviewed by members and alternates at the forthcoming HHDC meeting scheduled for 01.24.2012.
ADJOURNMENT: Upon motion by Drasba and second by Lord, the meeting adjourned at 8:25 PM.
