Minutes of Meeting (37)

Town Offices, January 8, 2011

 

Present: Nancy Gamble, Amy Sulborski, John Jordan, Tom Faber, Phil Jones

Absent: Kurt Grassett

 

The meeting convened at 7:05 PM and there were no minutes from the December 2010 meeting.

 

New Business

The Button Up NH Event, scheduled for January 12, 2010, was discussed. This event is sponsored by Antrim, Bennington and Hancock Energy Committees. Several members volunteered to bring soup and to come early for setup for the event at Antrim Town Hall.

 

The Town of Hancock RFP for the Town Building Weatherization Projects was reviewed and discussed. Tom offered to email Kurt with comments as Kurt had another commitment.

 

Nancy Gamble announced her resignation as Chair at the end of her term which officially ends in March. Members will put out the word to interested people about the exciting work that HEAT has done in an effort to get more people involved. "Where does HEAT go from here" type topics were discussed. Amy will write a piece about HEAT's past activities for submittal to the Hancock Happenings, including an invitation for all interested people to come and join us at our next meeting.
