NOTICE OF HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 12th, 2010 at 7:15 P.M. at the Hancock Town Office (entrance and parking at the rear of the building) to hear an application by the Mathewson Company for Jack & Sue Roper for an area variance to Hancock Zoning Ordinance Article 10.4 Septic Setback. The applicants are proposing to replace a failing system with a new septic system that will be located closer than the 125 foot setback requirement from wetlands. The property is located on Tax Map U04, Lot 46 on 8 Wilder Road in the Rural District.
