Notice is hereby given that the request by Mathewson Company for Jack & Sue Roper for an area variance to Article 10.4 Septic Setback of the Hancock Zoning Ordinance has been granted based on testimony provided that the applicant met all five conditions that are required for an area variance. Applicant is proposing to locate a septic system closer than 125 feet from wetlands. Property is located on Tax Map U04, Lot 46 on 8 Wilder Road in the rural/ agricultural district.
