TOWN OF HANCOCK Notice is hereby given that at a public hearing held on Wednesday, November 10th at 7:15 P.M. at the Hancock Town Office, the Hancock Zoning Board of Adjustment voted to grant an application by Industrial Tower & Wireless for Mathewson Properties, LLC for a Special Exception to Hancock Zoning Ordinance Article 15.6.12 - Rights of Way for New Backlots conditional upon 15.6.12.2 re: recording. The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 5 +/- acre lot from the existing Mathewson property of 26.5 acres. The property is located on Tax Map R08, Lot 76A on 160 Norway Hill Road in the Rural District. |
