NOTICE OF CONTINUED HEARING
PLANNING BOARD

   The Hancock Planning Board has continued to Wednesday, November 17th at 7:00 P.M. the Public Hearing to consider the application by Industrial Tower and Wireless, LLC on behalf of Mathewson Properties, LLC for a minor subdivision on property located on Tax Map R08, Lot 76A on 160 Norway Hill Road. The property is owned by Mathewson Properties, LLC and is in the Rural and Agricultural District.

The hearing may be continued to one or more additional dates, the time and place of any continued hearing to be announced at the initial hearing or any continuation thereof.

The hearing is open to the public and all parties are encouraged to attend in person or by agent or counsel. The Planning Board also welcomes statements or representations in writing from any interested person; any such representation should be delivered to the Planning Board c/o the Town Hall by no later than 4:30 p.m. on the date of the hearing; all such written submissions will be made available for public inspection.
