The Hancock Planning Board has continued a Public Hearing to Wednesday, September 15th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Meeting Room at the Hancock Town Office to consider a proposal of Industrial Tower and Wireless, LLC on behalf of Mathewson Properties, LLC for a Telecommunications Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review relating to a proposed telecommunications tower to be located on Tax Map R08, Lot 76A on 160 Norway Hill Road. The property is owned by Mathewson Properties, LLC and is in the Rural and Agricultural District. Copies of the full proposal are available for inspection at the Hancock Town Office.

The hearing may be continued to one or more additional dates, the time and place of any continued hearing to be announced at the initial hearing or any continuation thereof.

The hearing is open to the public and all parties are encouraged to attend in person or by agent or counsel. The Planning Board also welcomes statements or representations in writing from any interested person; any such representation should be delivered to the Planning Board c/o the Town Hall by no later than 5 p.m. on the date of the hearing; all such written submissions will be made available for public inspection.
