Cemetery Trustee Meeting
Tuesday September 21. 2010

Present: Jarvis Coffin, Ray Pierce, Sandy Weston, Kurt Grassett (sexton)

Meeting came to order at 4:00 PM

Kurt presented a request form Joan Bando for some low shrubs to be planted on the William Kelly lot in Hillside. The board approved provided the shrubs stay as presented, 2 to 3 feet maximum height.

Kurt Presented a request from Dick and Janet Quinn to sell their cremation lot back to the trust. The trustees approved, Kurt will prepare the paperwork for the $200 refund.

Kurt presented a draft 2011 budget. This was approved and Jarvis will complete the required paperwork and submit this to Barbara.

The trustees discussed the stone walls at all the cemeteries, Kurt will look at to see what repairs we can do and which ones we will need to hire out.

The trustees also discussed the “new” area at hillside. Kurt will try to locate a designer that can assist the trustees with the layout and burial plan for this section.
