Daniels Room, 7 p.m.

Present were Tom Pisaturo, Larry Schwartz, Mary Covinton, Mike Fallon

and Steve Pope.

Agenda

1. Tom and Larry reviewed VPC's input into the Town Meeting. Larry said

that there may not be a need for significant VPC input at Town Meeting

and that the Annual Report will detail the VPC activities and

contributions.

2. Getting the word out. Tom stressed that credit for all the work done

was not just earned by the VPC but rather we partnered with other town

bodies, committees, other organizations, the state, etc. Howard wrote

an elegant report regarding the same. Tom suggested further that the

selectboard put out the press release reiterating the above along with

some other salient facts. Tom will get with Jim Gamble, Howard, Kurt

Grassett, and Larry to craft the press release.

3. Wires Fundraising committee -- Mary related the subcommittee met on

January 30th and the subcommittee is setting up a 501.c3 and Mike

Fallon has gotten pro bono legal help and Regina Bringholf will be

assisting as well. They met with Bill Dunlap at the meeting and the

donor listing was updated and refined. Additional research is

progressing into other sources of funding. As of the 17th of March, the

treasurer will be Larry upon his retirement from the selectboard.

4. TCSP -- Mary told how the selectboard has promulgated letters to DOT

Commissioner Carol Murray for forwarding to our political

representatives (Senator Gregg and Congressman Hodes) for federal

funding assistance. VPC members will contact colleagues of Mr. Hodes to

reference the same.

5. Survey warrant. - Kurt was otherwise occupied and unable to report

on the progress. Larry did report that an RFP for a survey was being

finalized. The warrant article for the survey will be presented at Town

Meeting.
