- For submissions and advertising deadline is by 5 p.m. on the 22nd of each month.
- Checks should be payable in advance to Town of Hancock. However, they should still be mailed to Nancy Adams (not the Town of Hancock) at PO Box 23, Hancock, 03449.
- Opinion pieces and political advertising or articles are not accepted.
- Folding and distribution by Pat Newcomb, Elinor Johnson, Lynn Frank, Sandy Brooks, Barbara Strawbridge; copying by CPI Printing; nameplate by Eleanor Amidon.
- Due to cost considerations, Hancock Happenings is printed in black and white. The online version may include color.

- Hancock businesses and residents who buy box/display ads in Hancock Happenings may post their ads on this page at no cost for the duration of the Happenings ad purchase. The size of the free business ads may be adjusted to fit, but will be legible.
